Ambassador has been providing cleaning and associated services to the Aged Care sector for almost 20 years and we currently service a number of healthcare facilities across Melbourne. Our commitment to the Aged Care sector goes much further than just providing a service; we proactively look at partnering with our clients.
Ambassador shall communicate with a designated client representative at least monthly and more frequently at client requests. Additionally we will provide electronic inspection reports, incident reports and corrective action reports on an ongoing basis and when they occur.
Ambassador staff are required to speak English as a condition of employment. Many staff are multi-lingual.
Our staff are trained for Infection and Gastroenteritis control. Each cleaners room has an infection control kit
Occupational Health & Safety standards will be adhered to based on the standard authorised by the Department of Health Standards

Ambassador support their staff in the completion of the nationally recognised Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) Certificate II and III. In addition, many of our Supervisors hold the Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations Management) Certificate IV.
Our company has certifications for Effective Cleaning Operations (Hygiene and Infection Control) and Effective Laundry Operations (Aged Care Homes and Hospitals).
