It provides instant access to documents, reports and ongoing actions for both Ambassador and key client stakeholders. This allows for immediate reporting and provides a mechanism for measuring and reviewing outcomes over time.

Secure E-Commerce System
Our clients can connect to our e-commerce system upon request. This system is a secure intranet digital reporting and management to maximize our comprehensive range of cleaning, property and maintenance services.
This e-commerce gives our clients:
- Clients have a secure password to this reporting system;
- This can allow various levels of authorization;
- Immediate live access reporting of audits and reports;
- Reports include comprehensive detailed and itemised information that can combine OH&S issues, Quality Control, Environmental, Photographic detail, along with a % score of cleaning standards which would be to minimum 90% or the Department of Health standards, whichever is the higher.
- Any deviation or non-compliance issues relating to our contractual agreement;
- If an inspection score is below an acceptable level, a Corrective Action is initiated detailing the time frame for resolution;
- Immediate access to all e-mails and reports;
- Alerts relating to late periodic Inspection Reports;
